Jose Antonio "Goster" Mesones
Managing partner of the PARTN&RS Design Studio. He has won several national and international awards such as Padis, ATA, Society of Newspaper Design, Gourmand World Cookbooks Awards and 3 Grammy nominations as best package recording. He is co-author of the book The Recorder: The Sound Of Periphery and the founder of Aqua magazine. He is a Professor at the University of Sciences and Arts of Latin America (UCAL). He belongs to the Weird Collage Show, a group that brings together contemporary collage artists and has exhibited his work in different cities like Berlin, Montreal, Madrid, San Jose, New York or Trondheim.
He has participated in the following exhibitions: Caudillismo & Pedigrí (2004, Gallery 80m2), Looks of End of Century III (2006, Museum of Art of Lima), Iberoamerican Design Biennial in Madrid (2008, 2009 and 2011), Lima Me mata (2009, British Peruvian Cultural Center) Altered Coordinates (Germán Kruger Gallery IPCNA Cultural Center). He has also been curator and organizer of the collective exhibition Mutatis Mutandis (2010) that was exhibited in Lima, Montreal, San José and Bogota.
